Volunteers giving carers respite
As part of our range of carers' services we offer a home-based respite service. Our volunteers either sit with or take out the cared-for person, so that the carer has a break to do things for his or herself, or can take the carer or both carer and cared-for-person out, for coffee, on errands or perhaps to a place of interest.
