How We Help
Mental Health Services
Our Mental Health Project can help in two ways:
The "drop-in"
Our drop-in is based at the Philip J. Davies Centre, located at our head office in Crumpsall. Regular drop-in sessions, with supper, are run by our mental health support worker and sessional staff. They are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. One Sunday each month we also hold a baigel brunch. These sessions offer the chance for people to receive and give support, socialise in a friendly and safe environment and join in group activities, events and outings.
Individual Support
Our Mental Health Support Worker can offer a range of services on a one-to-one basis including:
- Managing appointments for physical/mental health needs
- Help with daily living and social skills
- Budgeting and benefits advice
